2026 Soiree in the Vieux Carre

This year marks a momentous milestone in the story of Historic BK House & Gardens: two centuries since the house was constructed in 1826! As we gather to celebrate our Bicentennial, we invite you to honor the past and invest in the future by becoming a Patron of our annual Soirée in the Vieux Carré.
Please mark your calendar for Sunday, October 11, 2026, from 6 to 9 PM, and join us for an evening of music, libations, dancing, history, and community under the stars at BK.
This year’s fundraiser supports critical exterior repairs to the dependency buildings, including the shutters, doors, and windows that elegantly encase the courtyard garden while protecting BK’s irreplaceable interiors and collections.
